StrongShot Studio LLC – Terms of Service

Welcome to StrongShot Studio LLC (“StrongShot Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services, accessing our website, or viewing any delivered gallery or collection hosted through Pixieset, you (“Client,” “User,” or “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.


1. Services Covered

These Terms apply to all services provided by StrongShot Studio LLC, including but not limited to:

  • Photography, videography, drone operations, 360° virtual tours, floor plans, virtual editing, commercial media, event media, headshots, real estate media, branding sessions, and consulting services.

  • All media, proofs, and final deliverables delivered via Pixieset or any platform we use.


2. Copyright & Ownership

All images, video, and creative works produced by StrongShot Studio LLC remain the exclusive copyrighted propertyof StrongShot Studio LLC, unless otherwise stated in writing. Copyright is never transferred to the client.


3. Image Licensing & Usage Rights

Upon full payment, the client receives a usage license based on the type of service:

  • Real Estate / Architectural Clients:
    License permits use for property marketing during the active listing period only (MLS, social media, websites, brochures). Images may not be reused, resold, transferred, or used for a new listing, new agent, or long-term catalog/magazine without additional licensing.

  • Personal Sessions (portraits, family, events):
    License permits personal use only (sharing, printing, social media, personal archives). Images may not be sold or used commercially.

  • Commercial / Branding Clients:
    License is for the business that booked the session for marketing and promotional use. National advertising, resale, product packaging, or campaigns require extended licensing.


Prohibited Uses (all clients):
You may not edit, alter, filter, crop out logos, resell, or apply AI editing/generation to any StrongShot Studio LLC images without written permission.


4. Model Release

By booking with us, you grant StrongShot Studio LLC the right to use your images, likeness, and media for marketing, portfolio, website, print, competition, publication, advertising, and educational use. Clients may request an exception in writing prior to the session.


5. Payment, Retainers, Refunds & Cancellations

  • A non-refundable retainer is required to secure a booking.

  • Remaining balance is due by the date of service or as otherwise stated on the invoice.

  • Because time is reserved, retainers are not refundable for cancellations.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled once at no penalty with reasonable notice (typically 48 hours).

  • No refunds are issued once services have been performed or a gallery has been delivered.

  • This policy applies regardless of subsequent changes in client circumstances, subjective preferences, third-party decisions, or decisions not to use the delivered media.


6. Rescheduling, Weather, and Force Majeure

We reserve the right to reschedule in cases of unsafe conditions, illness, equipment failure, or weather—especially for drone operations (regulated by FAA weather safety standards). Both parties will make reasonable efforts to choose the next best available date.


7. Gallery Delivery, Expiration & Archiving

  • Standard delivery times vary per service; estimated timelines are provided but not guaranteed.

  • Digital galleries may have expiration dates. Download your images promptly.

  • StrongShot Studio LLC is not responsible for long-term image storage or archiving after gallery expiration.


8. Liability

StrongShot Studio LLC is not liable for:

  • Circumstances beyond our control (weather, location restrictions, accidents, acts of God, etc.)

  • Injuries or property issues at a session location

  • Printing variations due to third-party labs

Our liability, if ever applicable, is limited to the value of the service booked.


9. FAA Drone Compliance

For aerial services, we operate under FAA Part 107 regulations. We may decline or postpone flights due to airspace restrictions, safety risks, or weather conditions. These decisions are final.


10. Client Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services due to unsafe, threatening, or inappropriate behavior, with no refund provided.


11. Privacy & Personal Information

We only collect information needed to deliver your services and do not sell or share your personal data. Pixieset’s privacy and hosting policies also apply.


12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold StrongShot Studio LLC harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of images or violation of these Terms.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

Effective Agreement

By using our website, viewing your gallery, or purchasing any service from StrongShot Studio LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
